Here's an overview of all the things we consistently have available. If you visit us at the market, you might find additional baked goods or produce.
If you'd like to purchase any of these things, you can either see us at the Amherst, VA market on Thursday from 4-7 or email us at TheBarefootHomesteadVA@gmail.com to arrange pick up.
We unfortunately do not take card at this point, so everything will need to be payed cash.
Eggs $3.25/dozen
We sell delicious eggs from our happy hens.
They free range within an electric fence, which we move frequently.
And are supplemented with organic feed.

These eggs are from Happy hens who are fed a grain free diet.
We mix our own feed of legumes and seeds and give them lots of greens from our garden.
This may be a good alternative for people who are sensitive to eggs, due to grain allergies.

Quail eggs $2.75/dozen
Tiny cotournix quail eggs are packed with even more nutrition than chicken eggs.
Our quail hens are pastured and fed with organic feed.

Sourdough Pretzels $1.25 each
Yummy pretzels, hand made in our kitchen.
We use sourdough and let them rise over night to make them as nutritious and delicious as we can.
